The Role of Pediatricians in the Hodgkin Trials
The pediatricians are the ones who have sort of a different backbone so they really made a significant compromise in participating this. I was actually kind of surprised to see the numbers for the peripheral neuropathy and NIVO, AVD was in 28 or 29%. Most of those were almost all of those were grade 1 and 2 but it's pretty unusual to have any peripheral neuropathy with then blastin that alters your activities of daily living in any way. The retuximat, the Jotan arm had significantly more peripheral neuropathy especially the grade 3 neuropathy. About 11% of patients discontinued NIVO map compared to about double 22% who discontinued BV.
