Many people have achieved very big goals and afterwards they're depressed. Goals are just for giving us some motivation to move our life in one direction or a certain direction. If too focused on the goal of like being the fastest runner, being the strongest weight lifter that they actually hurt their long term happiness. They go too far. I'm from MMA fighters and this is a common thing you see that these guys destroy their bodies. Maybe they should have stopped a little earlier.
