The Warwick Pride Society's Outrage at the University of Warwick
Last week at Warwick University, Minister for Education Nadim Zahawi had to be hustled off campus by security. He was faced with about 30 students shouting Tory scum and banging on the doors of a room where he was going to give a talk. The protest was because they believed Zahawi personally to be a reactionary harmful transphobe. They cited a number of reasons including that last year Zahawi had come to the defence of the notorious transphobe cuddling stock.
