I think for me, mindfulness is an everyday part of life where I've been trying to tap into like what are all those little moments in my day that I can like feel even a little bit more grateful for. And there's days where it's harder and there's daysWherever I am, whatever I'm doing, I'm just trying to see that one tree everywhere.
