The queensland government, was asked to release their modelling. And we suspect that's because they haven't really done a lot of detailed modelling on this. They're estimating it'll effect about ten thousand property investors and will generate around 20 million dollars of additional tax revenue for the government. We are seeing from a people's reaction, like jean, and all the fee back that i'm getting am as the charof picker, through our membership base, is that people ar really fearful of this, and they're untrusting in terms of what’s next. But from n our analysis, there are a range of options that people have.
