I feel like the marathon is quite... Quite a good one. It's nice to know I could do it again. Because I lost my confidence big time when she went and hit up the other year. The most rewarding part of the agency side is the people with no experience and train them to be really good at the job. We hire for culture fit first, then practical skills such as creative strategy or post-click optimization. If you've got a structured onboarding and road map to training someone that you can bring someone in and ramp them to really proficient in like 3 to 6 months. And then just obviously hold the hand as they get onto the work.
