Those get put into your mitochondria all of your cell walls all of your nervous tissue and it takes two plus years for them to get out of your body. So that same thing happens with pigs and chickens when they eat tons of corn and soy so then their fatty acids look worse than canola oil wow okay that's true yeah that's good I know it's confusing man how do you fix this?
