I know that I didn't look at it that way. I remember reading early in my sales career, this research paper about how change management and how people adopt change. And when you have that framework to look at it, it makes all the difference. Sometimes they're doing stuff you just can't replicate across an organization. It's a personal point. But they are doing some things and some of them aren't replicable.
