Social Media and Emotions

stephen johnson: We need to learn how to complex y relationships, so that even if you're too opposing groups on some topic, you figure out where there's something in common. There are ways, i think, that we can do this algarhythmically with social media. I as kind of building on that question, in away a little bit about hard wiring and about emotions. And one of the debates in the field of the last, you know, five or ten years or so is about universal emotions. This makes me wonder whether one of the big problems in the world is that the brain is so exquisitely attuned to notice difference.
