The Contractual Order of Society Is a State of Right and Law
In the hegemanic state, there is neither right nor law. The wards have one freedom, only to obey without asking questions. Under contractual conditions, empires are dissolved into a loose league of autonomous member nations. Man can never comprehend something which would be neither action nor non action. There is no history of acting. And for every con crete action, all that is rigorously valid, which is categorially established.
