The US SPR Refill Rate Is Very Low
We're at something like 15 consecutive weeks now of drawdowns against the US SPR. Whatever they do in term of refill, has no impact on the market anyway because it's a small amount. It is very clear as we discussed in the past that they want to refill with medium sour crude. And most likely, all of it is going to come from the Gulf of Mexico.
