How to Define Yourself as an Investor

An ideal investment would be a business that I can understand, run by honest, competent management team with Skin of the Game. Is it a high-quality business? We define both qualitatively and quantitatively again. And then is it available at a reasonable valuation? You know, not looking for really cheap multiples or really cheap valuation if it comes along. For me, borrowed conviction is worse than borrowed money.
