The perceived risk was giving up a salary to go full-time. We had at the time two more good disks. And so how are we going to financially make this work without having a salary? So what I decided to do was sell our investment property in Phoenix, Arizona and now looking back, we literally sold at the top of the market for Phoenix, Arizona.
