i think no one decides that what thou want to do for living, as made people lose their jobs. And so i work really hard and in the organization, to mise that. One of the reasons why we've operated this vertical structure, from a creative perspective, is it allows the writers to have a queer past. We use the same systems across the monpo prands on line and on print copy. There's a lot of content sharing same c m s gain. But at least i know i go to bed knowing we did everything we could before we made that decision. These are people's jobs. It's a livelihood. You know, come home, we've got a care
