Studying for 60 Minutes at a Time

Those who do best at university are the ones who study in the morning as much as possible. 60 minutes is a common length of time, more common than 90 but it's roughly between 60 and 90 minutes of time that they study for then take a break. So this helps to keep their concentration up. One of the biggest enemies of intensity of focus is pseudo work so make sure you reduce pseudo work or eliminate pseudo work as far as possible. In part two we go through six chapters about studying essays and papers before moving on to quizzes and exams.
