Pilot Tom Manello's plane was one of four hijacked on 9-11. He and co-pilot Carol Timmons were confused as to why they weren't taking off. They had been trained in how to deal with hijackings before, but this seemed different. "I didn't want to believe that just because these gentlemen were there that, in fact, they were getting ready to attack the airplane," he says.
