The Importance of Community Building
I think the other thing is you have to defend your idea. You don't want to constitute that hecklers are okay in this organization, meaning you're just sitting back and throwing eggs at people with no value to add. As a container of community building, I think it's a missed opportunity that most organizations that try to go down the road of having community be safe is there's no sheriff. If no one obeys the law, then why do you, but I mean, like most communities develop their own charters. Okay. And I think it does come down to more senior people, people who've been in the organization. It doesn't have to be somebody with a managerial rank
