Buster's Take on the Mississippi River
The film was shot on the Sacramento River to double as the Mississippi. The whole thing costs like 50 grand and 150 people are working on it because then they have to flood it. In college there were plans for dramatic flood sequences that were stopped after a terrible flood of the actual Mississippi River. Buster was essentially told like, you can't do too many flood jokes. Like that's too touchy. We only actually got clear to make flood jokes two years ago actually.
