How to Mobilize the First Rib

The anatomy of our cervical vertebra are different than the anatomy of our thoracic spine. So it's more susceptible to maybe lifting up. The littlest lift can cause what we call thoracic outlet syndrome, which is basically impingement. We got another one from another one of our yoga teachers, Rebecca. She had a question about dealing with nerve issues in the shoulders and neck.
