The idea is that a heat wave that hit Chicago killed hundreds and hundreds of people. And basically showed that what this brought into stark relief is a social autopsy of really who is getting left behind when the system is intact. So we're trying to make this more of a biopsy than an autopsy. Use the infrastructure as an a sensor of social life to help us understand how to deal with that.
