How to Determine if Management Is Aligned With You
The vast majority of companies are owned by the collective public. You look for a section like that in the proxy statement and that will tell you who owns what, how much they own. Those are all great ways to determine whether management is aligned with us or not. So as an example, one of the company's I own, Watsco, they are majority owned by basically the family that founded the company.
