Ankle Mobility - Should I Elevate the Heels and Keep Them Squatting?
Elevating the heels is an interesting one. People see that as a band ade that will actually improve their ability to push their knees forward from a new logical perspective, cause how it shifts their center mass. What i think a mistake would be would be to say, oh, you can't squat right now. Let's keep you trying to squat. Unles, you do all these extra mobility things as well,. ecause then we're adding in a whole bunch of other stuff. But how can we address that by not overwhelming them and making them hyper phocus and things that may be inefficient?
