Building a Team Is Harder Than You Think

A, i think that one of the learnings i would talk about. This has nothing to do with the block chain space. By building, building and scaling an organization that can handle ten, 20, 30, forty, 50, a hundred plus customers is difficult. And it's not something i wish i had learned before,. It's the first time for everythingi but at the same time, i think i really only needed to understand how to build that team probably over the last six months.
