If you think someone's very good at what they do and you don't like them, would you hire them or invest in them? This obviously depends. The test is ultimately is this company going to be better off. And yes, there's some element of quote unquote like dislike that comes into that. Jason: I really like hiring people who specifically don't necessarily mesh with my personality.
