The Importance of Feeling Better About Yourself

When we feel better about ourselves, we do better. This was one of my major issues as a teacher and why I ended up leaving is that the system wasn't supportive of them because I was working within a much bigger machine. And so when we're talking about changing these narratives, I always ask my clients not whether something's good or bad, but rather, is this helpful? Is this a helpful train of thought for you?
