The Silence of Biblical Women

Juliane smith has been on the show before. And she does a lot of work trying to expose abuse of power, sexual abuse within the church and withina leadership in the church. She says there's a direct connection between the text that we have, the bible that we've compiled, and what we still see going on in the church to day. Is is is those people who are abusing power and abusing women particularly, is that actually soundly condemned in the bible? I would say that it's actually not, and that that is ana issue that we have to face head on.
