Is There a Problem to Solve or a Tension to Manage?

Andy: Are the two sides really interdependent yet? This is a really important question, because in most cases they are interdependent. If i work all thetime, i lose my family, or at least i lose my relationships with my family. And when you run into independence, you've run into attention to manage.
