Joanna: I find that unless company has a very strong programmatic M&A approach as you've outlined, sometimes they can be afraid to do those divestitures. They can actually be more problematic than anything you could do because you're holding onto an asset and you're investing resources into something that's not part of your core strategy. And it really makes sense to get rid of it. We also see that more broadly portfolio theory in the fact that companies that we work with, they need to have a certain refresh rate.
