Doyou want to do one for anxiety, since that's such a big issue? Sure, let's do it. So this one's called the net of anxiety. You're going to close your eyes and breathe out three times slowly. And if you like, you can count down as you breathe out, from three to one. When you get to one, you can see one growing very tall and bright. It's taking a few seconds. An you next exhalation, see sense and feel the net ofxiety wrapped tightly around you. And breathe out one ime slowly, and remove the net,. knowing that anything is possible in the imagination.
