i think it would be helpful for a second to talk about why taking a psychodelic is so important. It's still wildly effective, like 60 to 70% response rates compared to like forty % for anti depressents. But then when you're coupling it with so there're these pharmocological benefits of the medicine on its own,. Then when you take kind of that subjective experience and couple it with intention setting and integration, you're really amplifying the ability of your fertile brain to make long lasting changes.
