Intercom - What's the Story Behind It?
Intercom's philosophy and the way that you positioned as well yourselves within the market at the time, I think definitely resonated a lot with startups at that time. And we were really strong on product marketing. We're not something that like we like we were comfortable with building some of those organic channels and really, really gone strong on them. The other thing I think as well, which you kind of touched on there as well, is that like we were manic, but there wouldn't be a disconnect between our marketing and the products.
