I was reading a piece by Ryan O'Hannell and about the RB group. He wrote that the top down identity is perhaps the main driver behind the club's success. And it certainly works as a model, despite people's thoughts on the wider point of Red Bull in general from a marketing campaign. They're unlikely to be able to recreate everything that RB do just by hiring some former managers because the whole point is they are a cog in the machine, not the machine itself. It's like trying to recreate a very complicated recipe, but with only half of the ingredients. There's not too many players who go from Salzburg to the Premier League, for example. I know
