During the Renaissance, calling a composer's music well crafted was the highest praise. The 1613 Requiem Mass is one that can be used today without taxing patience. Esquivel wrote an eight part two choir setting of Sancta Maria Sucoo Remisades. His Misa of Vivergo Saintezima based on Guerrero's Motet has been performed in modern times.
