The bradycardia of opiates can be exacerbated when they are used along with beta blockers or calcium channel blockers, so be careful with that. Fentanyl has been shown to perhaps have some mild positive inotropic effects. Morphine and moparidine can cause histamine release, which can lead to hypotension via vasodilation. Opiates can also enhance the oculocardiac reflex.
