Should I Use Short Acting or Ambulatory Spinal Anesthesia?
There's some controversy about the ambulatory spinal. We've had we've gone through this evolution in the past several years of moving away from bupivacaine spinals to a shorter acting agent. Lidocaine has shut the back door? Did you say lidocaine? I did. So what about TNS, man? That was our concern too. But we've collected some data over the last year and a half of doing this lidocaine in spinal business. And we've had an incidence of essentially zero TNS.
