Survey Monkey has been around 20 years and rose to prominence as a self serve, freemium tool that anybody could just pop down a credit card and buy online. But it all starts with perception shift and helping the outside world understand that we are not the server monkey of 20 years ago. It takes me back to my days at LinkedIn, you know, where people knew LinkedIn, they knew the brand, but they didn't really understand the role that LinkedIn could play.
