The Rise of Multifamily Rentals

Single-family and built-to-rent rental took a while to become institutionalized. The operating cost was so much higher in this sector than it was in traditional multifamily. But because it's become institutionalized, those costs have come into play. Now what we're seeing is a lot of multifaith folks entering the space just in the last 12 to 18 months.
