Dale Carnegie was a Dale Carnegie instructor for many years. One of Carnegie's principles that I always loved was try honestly to see things from the other person's point of view. Our belief that as boss, we must already have the answers and therefore not seek them from others is deeply ingrained. So can our leaders come into the picture already knowing that their view is partial? And instead of panicking out of them, how can they think, ooh, now this is interesting, what are my blind spots?
