Scott Fitzgerald and Zelda

Fitzgerald's letters to Zelda aren't all gushy, moony stuff. She calls them out sometimes. He proposes he sends her an engagement ring. In a letter she thanks him for sending along the engagement ring and then informs him that 60 Auburn ROTC cadets just came to town. So have fun in New York. I can't wait to learn to this party with 60 boys.
