The Effects of Phytochemicals in Meat on Human Health

Chris Brown: We don't know whether consuming these phytochemicals in meat has any human health effects, but we do know that it does seem to benefit the animal. He says if you can find this in breast milk of mothers that consume a diet rich in fruits and vegetables and it's transferred to the baby like that. Brown: And he's going to get phytonutrients from drinking breast milk as well. But what is interesting about those is that yes, if you consume a more phytochemically rich diet, whether you're a human or an animal, that we have higher amounts of these.
