"I got tired of people saying boy I wish my father was your father and I was like well you really have no idea what he's like everybody thought that this guy that they saw who was so funny and personable when he was out with other people," she says. "My dad grew up without a father and I think he wanted to be there for David in a way that that no one was ever there for my father."
