How to Wake Up Early

The next thing I have written down is wake up early. There was a point when I was really, really not doing so well mentally and I was sleeping until like 11 or 12. And I realized that I gained the most energy from waking up very early. We all need different things. Some of us like to go to bed earlier and wake up later. It doesn't matter. Whatever works for you is what you got to do. But for me personally, I like to wake up early because that's what gives me the most energy for the day.
