The Supreme Court's Judgment Is a Hollow Protection for Abortion Rights
"It's not tough to um invision a state like alabama passing a law that, for instance, makes it a crime um to join a conspiracy to help woman obtain an abortion out of state," she says. "Even in the ways that most conservatives would have conceded, exceptions for the life of the mother and for rape and incest,. we are seeing a movement in favor of very very broad and blanket prohibition on abortion in a lot of places."
