Is Pyodide Really a Replacement for JavaScript?

Pyodide is all about a great way for building educational tools in the browser. I think you should use JavaScript if that's, you know, just trying to make an interactive site. PyScript is exactly what I don't want, which is trying to replaceJavaScript. The cyber resilience act would hold companies responsible for knowingly being negligent about shipping vulnerable software.
