The Fed Is Going to Keep Raising Interust Rates
Inflation is going to be here for a long time, and it's going to keep getting worse. That means the fet will continue to raise interust rates until something breaks in the market ind the economy. Once we start to really see the negative consequences in the economy and in the markets, i expect not only that the fed will stop hiking rates, but it will start reducing rates. And if the fed ever actually starts to shrink its balance sheet, it will reverse course and expand the balance sheet with the whole new ce program.
