Can We Drink Too Much Water?

"I see people and they've got these massive like, it's almost like a four liter canister of water," he says. "They're just going to be draining themselves in water." The main electrolytes are sodium, calcium, potassium, magnesium. So if you're drinking what I call bulk water, which is just plain water, anything in it, you're sweating out all your electrolytes.
