Texas DPS Proposes to Cover the Rio Grande River

Four people drowned in an eagle pass just this weekend. The head of Texas DPS says they will be putting them all along the river in areas they believe are high traffic. Those kind of trailer horrors have happened near us in Falferias in San Antonio. And those trailers are used for human smuggling at much higher numbers, we should note.
