How to Design Rituals for Your Community
Rituals should be clear what increases their chances success is that they're clear. They go past the functional so they go a little bit beyond just what's already existing or like you know I need to clean. And when we talked to the community in terms of Zalando's community, really the good rituals for our community was one that acknowledged people that were in the community and celebrated success.
