Steve Case: What is it about real estate that kind of intrigued you initially to go down that path and then to stay the course when you had obstacles? Casey: I knew that wealth was tied to it. My son bought his first rental property at 14 years old. He didn't buy it for him. But because this kid now owns real estate. The key about real estate is that, look, you can give someone real estate and they can run it into the ground. It's not rocket science. People need a roof over their head. However we want to quantify that, we can do that. There's a reason all the wealthy people own it, right?
