Zebra's Prediction for House Prices
Superlotte believe house prices are going to be flat for the rest of the year. The economy is strong, unemployment is low and there's not much in the way of foreselling even though mortgage rates have gone up. What we appear to be seeing is what you often see in markets like this where prices are sticky downwards. One year of modest growth or modest decline doesn't really make a difference over the long term.
